KDRC LABORATORY
A dedicated laboratory to specially take care of investigations required by diabetes patients. Laboratory does all the basic tests with quality control and special tests like
a. Glycosylated Haemoglobin by BioRad Dio machine (as required by ADA)
b. Urine for Microalbuminuria

DOPPLER & BIOTHESIOMETRY
We do screening for detection of high risk feet and quantification of Peripheral Arterial Disease and Sensory Neuropathy.
a. Vibratory Threshold or sensation in feet is done by Vibrotherm.

DIABETIC EDUCATION & AWARENESS
The cornerstone of diabetic control is diet & exercise. In our department the patient on the first time has one is to one with dietician and thereafter counseling as required in required in different situations.
We knowledge of foot care and cutting of nails as it also important to patient.

Diabetes Mellitus control is our aim but the general well being is our concern and thereby assuring the quality of life and prevention of diabetic complications.
